Request free catheter samples by filling out the form on our website and we’ll contact you directly.

Ease DME works directly with your healthcare provider to obtain and update the prescription required for your catheter supplies.

You’ll receive notifications and calls 7 days before your supplies run out, ensuring you never miss what you need.

You will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours after we receive your order.

If you need to change your catheter size or frequency of use, we’ll coordinate with your healthcare provider to update your prescription.
